Thoughts

There are a lot of things I would rather be doing than studying. Tonight is one of those nights. I would love to plan a trip to somewhere like Ireland or Rome. Somewhere that I could have some really great photography opportunities. There are only so many things you can take pictures of when you live in College Station and my friends are tired of me begging them to let me take their picture.

I just want to impact people's lives in a meaningful way. I think that working in the medical field will give me that opportunity, but there is something about pictures that is so meaningful to people. I love looking at old pictures and over spring break I found myself wondering who took these pictures of my grandfather and his family. Even just normal pictures bring so much joy to people. I felt comfort and happiness looking through the old photos of my family and it helped me cope with the loss of my grandpa. I want to being joy to people and their families someday, too. I want to give them something that will last longer than I will.

Just a thought during this difficult time of loss and school.

Moon on March 19th

I have been told multiple times about this moon, so I thought I should try to get a picture. This is the largest it will be for the next 18 years I think. Night shots are harder than I thought they would be. Anyways, this is what I came up with. Maybe in 18 years I will be better and get a really great shot of the next moon. Blessings!

TAMU Stroll

Today was a really great day! I got to try a frozen yogurt place called Yogurt Land with Lauren before she left to go home for SB. Then I took a nap and went to my 3 o'clock class where our profs surprised us with donuts! After I got home I took another nap (surprise) I woke up around 5:30 and thought the weather was great for some pictures. So I took a walk around campus and took a few pictures. It was pretty great because there was no one around. Hope you like these next few pictures... Be blessed

Ghost in chucks?

I know, right? Two posts in one day? I must really have something important to be studying for. I do. Lab practical in 72 hours from RIGHT NOW. Okay, deep breaths. I wanted to share this picture that I really like. I'm not even sure how I happened to get the camera to do this, but I will still take all the credit. Some credit I will give to my good friend, Lauren for having some awesome chucks. Anyways, I think it is a really cool picture. I'm trying to figure out something cool to do with it. Take a look.

A&M Basketball

It has been a while since I have posted anything. Everything is crazy right now. I think I have had at least one test every week since the 3rd week of school. It's better than all my tests every 4 weeks. Not complaining. What I am trying to say is that I haven't had time to take any pictures. In the interest of procrastination, here are a few pictures that I took at the basketball game on saturday. It was the last home game so the seniors were recognized. Von Miller was also introduced and given something. I'm not sure what but I know he was an NFL draft pick. Pretty awesome! Oh, and special guest Jack from Jack in the box was in attendance. It was really fun and of course we BTHO tech! WHOOP!
